"I've always taken up any opportunity to help others, so when I found the Data Mentorship Program back in May of 2021 I was excited to be a part of a data-focused mentorship program.  The 1-1 mentorship is essential, but I personally have found a lot of value in the additional events the Data Mentorship Program put together.  It's an excellent opportunity to give back and learn a bit yourself!"

We will be providing training and resources for the first-time mentors. We also require you to keep a check on your mentee's progress and report back any wins or concerns.

"I think what I liked most about my mentor was that she was a perfect sounding board for someone like me who was unconfident about succeeding in a new industry. She helped me separate anxiety from the truth, and that was ultimately the biggest barrier I placed in front of myself."
