"My mentor helped me a lot. Firstly, I was trying to learn all of the technology/software, but my mentor helped me narrow down what I should learn and how-to expertise in those areas. Secondly, I got the guideline on creating a plan to develop myself or a roadmap to arrive at a data-related career. Finally, a discussion with my mentor about my resume and specific job postings helped me get this position."
